7 oz brut champagne or sparkling dry white wine

8 oz RumChata
3 oz grenadine
4-6 strawberries, sliced in half
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions Add RumChata to the Mason Jar Add grenadine and stir until you get the perfect pink color Top with crushed ice Garnish with sugar-coated strawberries and your choice of Valentine's candy To make sugar-coated strawberries, place in a small bowl, sprinkle with granulated sugar and toss
DIRTY BANANA
1 ripe banana, preferably frozen
2 ounces Rhum Clement Mahina Coco Coconut Liqueur
1 ounce Borghetti Caffè liqeuer
1 ounce cream or milk
1/4 ounce amaretto liqeuer
1 Cup ice
Garnish: whipped cream, toasted slivered almonds, mini chocolate chips
Instructions Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream, toasted almonds, and mini chocolate chips.
BREAKFAST IN BED BEER COCKTAIL
1 Lime
Coarse sea salt (for glass rim)
1/2 cup chilled tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce
2. bottles Dos Equis Amber
Instructions 1 Cut lime in quarters. Use one quarter to moisten the rims of two glasses. Roll rims of glasses in coarse sea salt to coat. Cut 2 thin horizontal slices from remaining lime to garnish glasses. Set glasses aside.
Instructions 2 In a small bowl, combine juice from remaining limes, tomato juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Stir to mix. Pour tomato mixture evenly into glasses. Top each glass with a bottle of Dos Equis Amber beer and serve immediately.

1 oz Stillhouse Original Whiskey
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz St-Germain
2 Strawberries
Club Soda
Instructions Add strawberries, lemon juice and St-Germain into a shaker. Muddle well and add Stillhouse Original Whiskey and ice. Shake well and double strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with strawberry and mint crown.

0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
0.2 oz Honey syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
7 Cherry tomatoes
Fresh black pepper for garnish
Instructions Muddle cherry tomatoes, honey and lime together in a shaker Add spirits and shake with ice until chilled Double strain into chilled glass Garnish with skewer of cherry tomatoes and an orange twist Top with fresh black pepper

2 oz Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach
1 oz honey
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 cups hot water
Garnish: Cinnamon sticks
Instructions Combine all in ingredients in a mug. Stir briefly then garnish with a cinnamon stick.
